Ideally, you'll want to arrive at the hotel on Thursday, October 24th! The JV Experience LIVE! starts at 9:00 am on Friday, October 25th. It's best if you are there the entire time to maximize networking opportunities and the educational experience (also, if you are VIP there will be an exclusive VIP cocktail party at 5pm on October 24th).
The JVX Event Venue - Casa Sagrada
This year, we are thrilled to offer a truly unique experience with JVX by choosing a venue that goes beyond the typical hotel conference room setup. Our aim is to provide you with an event that is immersive and rich in value. Situated in the heart of Historic Downtown Loveland, Casa Sagrada (404 E 3rd St, Loveland, CO 80537) is perfectly nestled near restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, shopping, and area attractions. The new Townplace Suites Marriott is a convenient 2-minute walk for guests traveling into Loveland.
Are you looking to experience more of beautiful Colorado?
Loveland is only a 45-minute drive from North Denver, Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Adding on excursions such as guided hikes, horseback riding, paddle boarding, or a day on the golf course is easy!
BOOKING YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS
The hotel we recommend to stay at is a 5 minute walk away from the venue. The hotel, Townplace Suites Marriott in downtown Loveland (hotel website) offers affordable and comfortable rates (check availability for these dates). A couple other hotel options that are less than 10 minutes away are: La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham, Quality Inn & Suites Loveland and Residence Inn by Marriott Loveland. However, AirBnB and other hotels are always an option.
VIP Lunches & Evening Experiences
Experience the ultimate VIP treatment at our event with 3 exclusive VIP lunches. We've taken care of everything for our esteemed VIP guests, ensuring you enjoy delectable lunch on all three days.
From Day 1 to Day 2, as the sun sets, prepare to witness extraordinary moments on the main stage, including a thrilling "Shark Attack" and an unforgettable evening event and show. The program on Day 1 and 2 will run until 9pm, while Day 3 concludes at 5pm. Make sure to plan your travel arrangements accordingly.
Casa Sagrada is a short walk to the rich night life and restaurant rich downtown Loveland so it's easy to step out, have dinner, network and be back in a short time frame.

The airport most will fly into is Denver International airport. The hotel offer, and other shuttle services are available. Details will be provided as we get close to the event.
